This second annual event will provide a technical forum for experts from industry and academia to exchange ideas and present results of ongoing research in the areas listed below. You are invited to submit a paper of original and technical significance as well as panel proposals related to the following topics:

Please send four copies of your original paper (not to exceed 20 double spaced pages) to reach the Technical Program Chair at the address below by October 1, 1996. The paper should clearly indicate the complete postal and electronic mailing addresses, as well as the phone and fax numbers of the corresponding author. All other inquiries should be addressed to the General Chair.

Important Dates:

• October 1, 1996: Paper submission deadline
• January 31, 1997: Notifications of acceptance mailed to authors
• March 15, 1997: Final camera-ready manuscripts due.
