1997 ACM SIGPLAN Conference on
Las Vegas, Nevada, 15-18 June 1997
Programming Language Design and Implementation
(May 15, 1997 is the deadline for
advanced registration and
special hotel rates.)
Welcome to the PLDI '97 home page! Here you will find links
to the latest information on the conference, including tutorials and
Grad students! Check out the Student Research Forum that is
being organized on Monday evening of the conference.
PLDI '97 provides a forum for researchers and developers to hear about the
latest practical and experimental work in the design and implementation of
programming languages and compilers. Emphasis will be placed on experimental
results and experience with the languages and techniques described. The
conference seeks original papers relevant to practical issues concerning the
design, development, implementation, and use of programming languages (in
contrast to the POPL symposium, which typically seeks papers on foundations).
